Shipping Policy

Cervantez Truck Parts processes all orders within 1–2 business days, with weekend and holiday orders shipping the next business day. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best carrier based on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping cost is also vries based on package size, weight, and destination, and every order includes a tracking number that may take 24–48 hours to update. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed and delays are outside of our control, and refunds are not issued for carrier‑related delays. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, and any returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses require reshipment costs to be paid by the buyer. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, customers must check with neighbors, verify their address, and contact the carrier, as Cervantez Truck Parts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. For damaged shipments, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and label so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties, and some oversized or heavy‑duty truck parts may require special handling or freight shipping, in which case we will contact the customer before processing the order.
